1. How do I care for my product?
All of our pieces are hand made with care, so please delicately handle your accessory. For phone straps, ensure that the strap is placed correctly and snuggly on your phone case.
For necklaces, be sure any perfumes or lotions are dry before putting on your necklace and that there is no contact with water.
2. What is the return policy?
We definitely want you to be happy with your order, but if you're not, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, BAKi sisters does not pay for return shipping. Kindly note, a tracking number needs to be provided. Gladly, a refund will be issued once the product is received.
3. How quickly will my order get shipped?
Since our pieces are all handmade by us, all orders are shipped within five business days. We do NOT ship on weekends and Holidays. Delivery days are only weekdays. All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned.
4. What if my accessory breaks and it needs repair?
Given that all of our pieces are handmade, they should be handled with care. If your accessory breaks before 3 months, we will gladly fix it and return it to you. For all repair inquiries, please email info@bakisisters.com. Kindly include:
-your name
-description of repair
-proof of purchase
Please send your item with a trackable service (unfortunately, we don't cover the shipping fee however, we will pay to send the item back to you). Kindly note that we are not responsible for lost shipments. Repairs will take 2 days to complete.
5. How do I place the phone strap on my case?
- Use any opening (side or bottom) on your phone case to strap your accessory to it.
- Push the loop through the opening on the side or bottom of your case.
- Put the beads through the loop.
- Gently pull tight. Place your phone in its case.
